A princípio, a ideia era fazer um bolo de chocolate na casquinha e colocar recheio de brigadeiro branco e cobertura de chantilly. Bater bem a manteiga com o açúcar, e adicionar as gemas. Bater até ficar um creme claro. Devo confessar que estou fascinada com essa coisa do iogurte com limão ao invés de usar leite. Descobri isso olhando umas receitas em inglês e agora acho que vou usar pra toda a vida!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar a farinha de trigo peneirada, a maisena e o “iogurte azedo” alternadamente. Derreter o chocolate amargo no micro-ondas (uns 30 segundos é suficiente) e adicionar a massa. Adicionar as avelãs e amêndoas. Desligar a batedeira. Uma &amp;nbsp;embalagem da minha caixa veio toda quebrada, não sei ainda o que vou fazer com ela, vou acabar comendo com sorvete. Enfim, colocar as cestinhas no tabuleiro e com a ajuda de uma concha colocar a massa nas cestinhas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Na primeira fornada coloquei uma concha bem cheia, o que não deu muito certo. A cestinha com o calor e com a expansão da massa acabou abrindo. Já na segunda fornada, coloquei um pouco menos que uma concha e ficou direitinho. Deixei assando no forno por 25min. Era um cursinho de três horas, onde ficamos sentadas vendo o professor explicar a receita e como fazê-la. Senti como se estivesse vendo Ana Maria Braga ao vivo. Adorei!&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cheguei em casa e quis logo testar! Desastre total! A massa ficou muito mole e acabou esparramando no tabuleiro, tive que usar o cortador para dar a carinha redonda e fiquei um pouco desanimada. Achei que finalmente fosse usar a régua de círculos que comprei para a faculdade de arquitetura e que nunca usei... mas era pequeno demais para o que eu queria.
